Happy Halloween....and other fun adventures

We've had wonderful weather way out here on the farm, and the kiddos have helped us enjoy it - thoroughly. And how many Halloweens have we had here in Far West Texas where the weather was in the 80's and we didn't have to wear long johns under our costumes? I really don't remember any. Well this year, the kids won't even have to wear coats so all those cute little ballerinas won't have crushed tu-tu's this year and the ghouls can look really ......well..... ghoulish! And we have some ghouls and a bumble bee and a cheerleader to help keep us in with the spirit of the season.

As a Grammy, I really don't like the Ghoul/Scary costumes. Why can't 10 & 7 year old boys want to be firemen, policemen, spacemen (not aliens), or even an Air Force pilots? Maybe, it's because Halloween is supposed to be scary, not pretentious (according to little boys). Who knows.......I just know that whatever they want to look like, they are just plain cuties in this Grammy's eyes.
